We are excited to share our latest completed Brownstone renovation with you! This home has now been rented, but we wanted to give you a sneak peek inside before it was gone.
This Brownstone was in need of some serious TLC when we first got our hands on it. The exterior was crumbling, the interior was outdated, and the whole place needed a fresh coat of paint. But we saw the potential in this old building, and we knew that we could give it new life.
We started by gutting the interior and reconfiguring the floor plan. We wanted to create a more open and modern space, so we knocked down some walls and added new windows. We also updated the electrical and plumbing systems, and installed new energy-efficient appliances.
Once the interior was complete, we turned our attention to the exterior. We repaired the crumbling facade, replaced the old windows, and added a new front door. We also painted the whole house a fresh coat of white, which really brightened it up.
The end result is a beautiful and modern Brownstone that is full of character. We are so happy with how this project turned out, and we know that the new tenants will love it too.
