One major spoiler is that Darkseid is revealed to be the true mastermind behind the events of the film. He is also shown to be much more powerful than Superman, who is easily defeated by him in combat.
Another potential spoiler is that the Knightmare sequence, which shows Batman in a post-apocalyptic world, may actually be a glimpse into the future. This sequence could foreshadow the events of Justice League 2 and 3, in which the Justice League must face off against Darkseid and his forces.
Of course, these are just potential spoilers, and it is possible that the actual events of Justice League 2 and 3 will be different. However, they do provide some insight into what could happen in the future.
